Is GST applicable on inter-branch transfer of goods within the same city for the same PAN?
Reply— If GST numbers of both Branches are same, no GST will be involved on such stock transfer. Whereas if you have taken multiple registrations within the same state and both of the Branches have different GST number then you will have to pay GST (CGST & SGST) on stock transfer. It will be treated as sale from one branch to other.
