Reply-As per  Central Government notification no.10/2019-CT dated 7.03.2019 and Punjab State notification number No. S.O.33/P.A.5/2017/S.23/2019 dated 08.04.2019  the exemption limit from obtaining registration to a person engaged in exclusive supply of goods exteded. Accordingly, if aggregate turnover in the financial year does not exceed 40 lakh rupees(earlier it was 20 lakh rupees) registration is not required. Therefore, in the State of Punjab the turnover limit is Rs 40 lakh in case of exclusive suppy of goods, otherwise it is 20 lakh.
