Whether turnover threshold limit of Rs 40 Lakhs for registration in GST applies to Rajasthan state also? Is there any notification/order/circular issued by State Government to adopt this limit? If not whether it is appropriate to seek cancellation of registration in rajasthan state on the pretext of Rs 40 Lakh threshold limit?

Reply— Yes, registration threshold limit of Rs. 40 lakh is also applicable in Rajasthan. Refer notification no. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt. -III-166 dated 07.03.2019 issued by government of Rajasthan.
