Yes,  As per notification no. 02/2019(central tax rate) dated 07.03.2019, a service provider can opt for composition scheme for supplying goods or services or both upto an aggregate turnover of fifty lakh rupees. Rate of tax is 6% (3% CGST + 3% SGST) subject to few conditions stated in the notification. Taxpayer cannot collect tax from service recipient if opted for composition scheme.
