I am a Registered gst Dealer rice mill and flour mill purchasing jute and plastic bags for packing rice and flour .on plastic bags gst is charged by the suppliers in some of supplies Ian receiving damages bags and I I'm selling the scrap bags please let me know I whether I'm liable to pay gst on scrap bags
