One of my client is doing fabrication work for solar penal installation ( doing structure Which help to put solar penals on it from ms pipe , gi pipe etc). Some times material is of my client and some times material is provided by party. Kindly advice GST RATE HSN CODE SAC CODE.

Reply— Service by way of construction or engineering or installation or other technical services, provided in relation of setting up of Solar power generating system is taxable @18% under SAC 9954 or 9983 or 9987 (Refer sr. no. 38 of notification no. 11/2017 central tax rate dated 28.06.2017)
