Sir whether rcm is to be payable  by private limited company for rent paid to director for showroom owned by director and used by company.

Reply- In this case the relationship is of a landlord and a tenant. The person providing service of renting of commercial premises is not providing these services in the capacity of a Director. In our opinion reverse charge rules will not be applicable in this case.
