I had late fees of Rs.6300/- in November, 2018 gstr-3b. As now late fees is reduced to rs 500. Still system is showing late fees of 6300. is it correct or what ?

Reply- We are not facing any such issue. Late fee is corectly reduced to Rs 500 as per Press Release Dated 3rd July, 2020 for July 2017 to July 2020 subject to the condition that such GSTR -3B returns being filed before 30th September 2020. There might be some system issue kindly contact GST helpdesk for the same
