Hi, Is petrol pump LFR credit allow or what ? Which is fall under SAC 9973 & they charge 18% & 28% kindly suggest.

Reply— As per FAQ with specific reference to oil and gas sector, Input tax credit of LFR will not be available, as they are in relation to exempted goods under GST.
