Reply—It would be classified in HSN 0710 'Vegetables (uncooked or cooked by steaming or boiling in water), frozen'  and exempted from tax whether these are branded or unbranded.

Earlier branded frozen vegetables were taxable @5% but after issuance of notification no. Noti. No.24/2018-Central Tax (Rate) dated 31.12.2018 w.e.f. 01.01.2019, these branded vegetales are also covered under exempted category goods.
