Sir Our client is dealing in distribution of soft drinks. He stores goods at his godown, then for distribution of goods he loads goods in tempo and delivers the goods at the retail outlets if retailers demand goods. So what are the documents required to be carried in tempo so as to protect from GST officer?

If the consignment value is more than Rs. 50,000/- E-way bill will become mandatory. And if the consignment value is not exceeding Rs. 50,000/-, the taxpayer can distribute his goods after generation of Delivery challan.
As the buyers are not known at the time of loading of goods, the taxpayer has to mention his own name as consignee and as well as consignee.
