In favour of assessee.We are of the opinion that the Tribunal while considering the case has gone in detail and after considering the facts on record has given a finding. In our considered opinion the Tribunal being a fact-finding authority, it will not be appropriate for us to reappreciate the evidence which has already been appreciated by the Tribunal.
