Assessee has raised the ground that the Ld. AO has erred in not considering the cash deposits in the bank A/c out of regular books maintained and the Ld CIT(A) has erred in confirming the addition without appreciating the facts of thecasethat cash deposits is out of regular books of accounts maintained by the appellant.
