No substantial question of law arises in the present appeal as the question raised is squarely covered against the Revenue in view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Tax Appeal No.779/2017for A.Y. 2011-12 . Thuspresent appeal deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
