The applicant sought bail for offences registered under Section 132 (1) (b), 132 (i) of the Act. The counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The charge sheet in the matter has been filed on 01.03.2021 and the investigation has already been completed. The applicant was on interim bail vide order dated 28.05.2021.
