GST portal issues — Redressal of grievances—In the instant case, the petitioners have migrated to GST Act and due to which certain difficulties are being faced by them as well as by other assessees. In such circumstances, they have approached this Court for redressal of the grievances.
Held that— similar issue decided in the case of Sare Realty Projects Private Limited Vs. Union of India & others [2018 (5)  - DELHI HIGH COURT].
