Levy of GST — A challenge is made to the levy of IGST on freight saying that the goods were imported on Cost, Insurance and Freight basis and customs duty was accordingly paid, therefore, additional levy of IGST is not justified. High Courts of Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat have respectively passed interim orders in respect of similar challenges. Thus, similar interim order is passed directing the respondent not to take any coercive action against petitioners. — Adani Wilmar Limited Vs.
