Section 54 of the CGST Act, 2017 —– Refund —- The counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondent-authority has already granted the refund and in that view the cause for prosecuting this petition does not survive.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court disposed the petition as not survived.
