Section 69 of the CGST Act, 2017— Arrest ---The respondent counsel prayed for and is allowed 10 days’ time to file counter affidavit. Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court directed to put up the matter on 25.02.2021. Till then the applicant will not be arrested but he will appear before the Proper Officer for investigation.
