Attachment of Bank Accounts — The writ petition is directed against two Memos whereby two bank accounts have been provisionally attached under Section 83 of CGST Act, 2017 stating that the aforesaid action of respondents would amount to contempt of Court in the light of the orders dated 24.7.2019 passed by this Court, whereby it was ordered that no coercive steps shall be taken. Time granted to file reply to the respondents.
