Bail Application — Section 132 of the CGST Act, 2017—The petitioner was arrested. The petitioner submitted arguments.
Held that:- The Hon’ble Supreme Court directed that the orders of the High Court dated 6.6.2019 and 25.6.2019, in so far as custody of the accused-petitioner is concerned, shall continue until further orders.—Union of India And Anr. Vs Sapna Jain & Ors. [2019] 14 TAXLOK.COM 112 (SC)
