Show Cause Notice —––-The petitioner prayed for quashing the SCN dated 20.03.2020. The respondents after taking notice have submitted a copy of the order dated 02.03.2021, as a consequence of notice. The court observed that since the orders have already been passed, they do not find it necessary to entertain this petition.

Held that:-The Hon’ble High Court disposed the petition accordingly.
