Coercive steps for recovery of demand, if any, would not be taken without permission of the Court till the next date of hearing.

Section 171 of the CGST Act, 2017— Anti-Profiteering -- The petitioner submitted that they would refund Rs. 41/- to the complainant and would be depositing Rs. 15,000/- in the Consumer Welfare Fund. The petitioner submitted that the legal issue be decided. The proceedings pursuant to order dated 25th September, 2018 may continue and even final order may be passed. Held that:-The Hon’ble Court directed that coercive steps for recovery of demand, if any, would not be taken without permission of the Court till the next date of hearing. Re-list on 19th February, 2019.
