Bail application under section 439 Cr.Pc — Petitioner filed second application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of bail, who has been arrested and is in custody since 6.2.2019, for offence punishable under Sections 132 of the CGST Act, 2017 and 467, 471 and 120B IPC. Offence under Sections 132 of the Act is punishable with maximum jail sentence of five years, therefore, charge sheet ought to have been filed within 60 days but he has already suffered confinement for 63 days and the charge sheet has not been filed.  Bail granted. — Nitin Nikhra Vs.
