Recovery –The petitioner invited the attention to the order dated 18.9.2018 passed by a coordinate bench in Special Civil Application No.14155 of 2018, wherein in a similar set of facts, this court has issued notice and granted interim relief.
Held that:- The Hon’ble high court issued Notice returnable on 13th February, 2019.
