This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the allegation that in availing the benefit of scheme under SPLDRS, he could not deposit the money because of technical glitches in the system of the department. This writ petition is not entertained for the reason that the said scheme has already expired long back and it is the authority concerned who can only consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

SVLDR Scheme ——-- The petitioner submitted that in availing the benefit of scheme under SVLDRS, he could not deposit the money because of technical glitches in the system of the department. The court observed that this writ petition is not entertained for the reason that the said scheme has already expired long back and it is the authority concerned who can only consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court directed that no relief can be granted to the petitioner except requesting the authority concerned to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within, within eight weeks.
