Constitution of Tribunal — The respondents did not provide any Bench as Regional Bench of the GST Appellate Tribunal in the State of Rajasthan. Additional Solicitor General, submitted that the Bench could not originally be established when the Notification dated 13.03.2019 was issued because no such proposal was received from the State Government. Now the proposal has been received from the State Government only few days back and matter is under active consideration of the Central Government.
