Withdrawal of Petition  –- The petitioner’s counsel wished to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise all the grounds urged in the present petition as also such other grounds which may be available in law, with the appropriate legal authority.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court granted the liberty to the petitioner.
