Interim relief — Out of the sum of Rs.89,73,16,384/- that has been asked to be deposited by Petitioner No.1 by the impugned order of the NAPA, the Petitioners have already deposited Rs.16,58,32,723/-. The Petitioners have made out a prima facie case for the grant of an interim relief as prayed for and that the balance of convenience in granting interim relief is also in the favour of the Petitioners. Accordingly, till the next date of hearing, there shall be a stay on the impugned order of the NAPA in Case No. 70/2019 and all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned order are also stayed. — Nestle India Ltd. & Anr.
