Goods in Transit — By way of writ application, the applicant challenged the impugned order or direction quashing and setting aside notice dated 29.07.2019 issued in Form GST MOV-10 under Section 130 of the Act, 2017; and also sought directions to the respondents to forthwith release of Truck Number GJ-04-X-6742 along with goods contained therein detained/ seized under the GST Acts. The writ applicant availed the benefit of the interim-order and got the vehicle, along with the goods released on payment of the tax amount. The proceedings, as on date, are at the stage of show cause notice, under Section 130 of the Act, 2017.
