Registration under GST — The petitioner was a registered dealer under the GST Act and it registration certificate was cancelled. The petitioner invoked the remedy of filing an application for revocation of cancellation of its registration under Section 30 of the CGST/HGST Act, 2017 but said application was not being decided for one reason or the other. Thus, the petitioner filed the writ petition. However, the competent authority passed an order by rejecting the said application.
