Since the petitioner has raised a fundamental issue of jurisdiction of respondent, respondent is required to pass a reasoned order holding that they have jurisdiction

Jurisdiction— The petitioner raised a fundamental issue of jurisdiction of respondent to proceed in the matter.
Held that--The Hon’ble court directed to issue notice and to list on 14.01.2020. Further directed that meanwhile the respondent shall pass a reasoned order, firstly, on the aspect of jurisdiction. In case the respondent passes a reasoned order holding that they have jurisdiction, it shall be open to respondent to pass an order on merits.— Ramprastha Promoters And Developers Pvt. Ltd.
