In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, extend the date of furnishing of following return(s) up to March 15th 20l7, namely:-

annual return in Form VAT-I OA for the year 2015-16, required to be furnished by the class of dealers as enumerated in sub-rule (6) of Rule 19 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules . 2006. |
(iv) |
revised return(s) in Form VAT- 10 or in Form VAT- 10A for the year 2015-16, required to be furnished under sub-rule (8) of Rule 19 of the said Rules. |
