Can we make changes in gstr 1 for the period 2017.18

Last date to make changes in GSTR-1 of Financial year—

1)The due date of September GSTR 1 Return (which was 31.10.2018) or 

2)The date of furnishing of annual return for F. Y. 2017-18, (31.03.2019) whichever is earlier

The earlier date is due date of September GSTR-1, therefore a taxpayer cannot make any changes or amendment in the GSTR-1 of financial year after 31.10.2018.
