Whether ITC is available on GST paid on construction of warehouse and showroom

As per section 17(5)(d) input tax credit shall not be allowed in respect of goods or services or both received by a taxable person for construction of an immovable property.
Therefore, GST paid on construction of warehouse and showroom is not allowed as ITC.
