I have query whether sweet mart under
1) trader/ manufacture compostion - 1%
2) or restaurent 5%
They are selling kachori samosa & some snack in their mithai shop ...please reply as soon as possible

In this case, if there is sitting arrangements for customer and the snacks are supposed to be served inside the sweet shop 5% GST will attract, otherwise it will fall under 1%.
